Обзор и разборка динамиков от телевизора KLS 42-51308G-XX4G 8 Ом 10W
Эта динамическая головка громкоговорителя или динамик был мною извлечен в количестве двух штук из ЖК-телевизора Thomson L42P60UF (обзор и разборку которого смотрите по ссылке).

Об этих динамиках в интернете ничего толком не сказано, только "куплю-продам"... и все. Следует хоть немного заполнить этот пробел.
Внешний осмотр головок
Итак, это прямоугольные широкополосные громкоговорители электродинамического типа. Габариты: длина корзины 135 мм, но есть монтажные выступы, с ними длина составляет 175 мм. Ширина 52 мм. Глубина 30 мм.
Лицевая сторона - по краю корзина проклеена тонким картоном с поролоном, им динамик соприкасается с корпусом и это несколько скрадывает всякие паразитные призвуки и резонансы. Овальный выпуклый подвес - пропитанная ткань. Диффузор с характерными выштампованными "ребрами жесткости". Диффузор из бумажной массы с пропиткой, он имеет размеры 108 х 35 мм (без подвеса). По центру пылезащитный колпачок с полями (вероятно, он участвует в формировании АЧХ). Провода, идущие на катушку, обильно залиты компаундом...
Корзина - штамповка из тонкой стали 0,5 мм. Но сталь подкалена и потому достаточно жесткая.
Контактная площадка из белой фибры держится на одной заклепке. На ней два контакта под разъемы, и указана полярность: узкий - это "минус", широкий - это "плюс". На корзине выбита буква Y или это какой-то китайский символ...
Магнитная система не экранированная. Это кольцевой магнит диаметром 45 мм, толщиной 6 мм. Сверху и снизу фланцы из сравнительно толстой (по китайским меркам) стали. На торце маркировка: KLS 42-51308G-XX4G 8 Ом 10W 11L1. Монтажные "уши" снабжены резиновыми амортизаторами, которые также предотвращают распространение вибраций по корпусу телевизора.

Конечно, правильная разборка головки громкоговорителя подразумевает достаточно муторный и долгий процесс... необходимо приобрести растворитель, иногда нескольких видов... Надо поэтапно размачивать им те и другие элементы изделия: картонную рамку с поролоном... потом отклеить подвес от корзины... центрирующую шайбу, выпаять подводящие провода... Затем отклеить пылезащитный колпачок и саму звуковую катушку... в общем-то, примерно так.
Такой процесс применяют, когда ремонтируют динамики - аккуратно разбирают и потом так же собирают. Но в данном случае у меня нет нужды собрать его назад. Да и вообще, никому в голову не придет ремонтировать изделия этого уровня. И хоть внешний вид аккуратно разобранных динамиков очень привлекателен для статьи, запах растворителя все перебивает. Дело в том, что придется много и долго вонять им в квартире, и не думаю, что это полезно для здоровья, моего и моей кошки.
Потому разбираем грубо, но все остается понятным.
Бокорезами откусываем подводящие провода - они сделаны на совесть: витые из четырех жил (тоже витых) - по центру нить. Режем подвес и центрирующую шайбу - извлекаем подвижную систему головки.
Ну, теперь все видно... Звуковая катушка, каркас бумажный пропитанный, внутренний диаметр 16 мм...

А это стальная корзина. Фланец, воздушный зазор... Ага, центрирующая шайба была приклеена чем-то очень похожим на эпоксидную смолу... По-любому аккуратно не разобрать!
Разбираем магнитную систему. Кольцевой магнит обычный, ничем не примечательный, приклеен к корзине тем же клеем, что и шайба. Торцевой фланец и керн сделаны заодно, причем достаточно грубо. И приклеены так же... На этом наша задача выполнена.
Подводим итоги
К сожалению, у меня не было ни возможности, ни времени в должной степени оценить качество звучания этих динамиков. Кто в курсе, тот знает, что это не такое простое дело, как может показаться на первый взгляд... Даже снятие параметров Тиля-Смолла требует определенных усилий и приборов - вольтметр, мощный резистор и прецизионный резистор, прочие штуки... Но в итоге мы можем получить абсолютно ложную картину, так как динамику не менее 13 лет и он неизвестно как эксплуатировался...
Я встречал всего пару-тройку статей в интернете, где авторы измеряли эти параметры на таких динамиках. Практически никому это не нужно, оно и понятно - они не блещут чем-то интересным.
Надо сказать, что этот динамик весьма широко использовался в самых разных решениях - от телевизоров и мониторов, до компьютерных колонок, домашних кинотеатров... Он и сейчас активно производится и используется. Причем первые буквы могут быть какие угодно... Динамик, который мы рассмотрели сегодня - это ранний вариант. Сейчас производят модификации под наименованием 42-51308G-XCHG и 42-51308G-XCIG, они практически ничем не отличаются, только магнитной системой и торцевым фланцем. Здесь они круглые по форме, там прямоугольные или обрезанные по бокам...

Review and disassembly of speakers from TV KLS 42-51308G-XX4G 8 Ohm 10W
This dynamic speaker head or speaker was extracted by me in the amount of two pieces from the Thomson L42P60UF LCD TV (review and disassembly of which see the link).

Nothing is really said about these speakers on the Internet, only "buy-sell"... and that's it. This gap should be filled at least a little.
External inspection of the heads
So, these are rectangular broadband speakers of the electrodynamic type. Dimensions: the length of the basket is 135 mm, but there are mounting protrusions, with them the length is 175 mm. Width 52 mm. Depth 30 mm. Front side - the edge of the basket is glued with thin cardboard with foam rubber, the speaker touches the case with it and this somewhat conceals any parasitic overtones and resonances. Oval convex suspension - impregnated fabric. Diffuser with characteristic stamped "stiffeners". The diffuser is made of impregnated paper pulp, it has dimensions of 108 x 35 mm (without suspension). In the center is a dust cap with fields (probably, it participates in the formation of the frequency response). The wires going to the coil are abundantly filled with compound...
The basket is a stamping of thin 0.5 mm steel. But the steel is hardened and therefore quite rigid. The contact pad made of white fiber is held on by one rivet. It has two contacts for connectors, and the polarity is indicated: the narrow one is "minus", the wide one is "plus". The basket has a Y stamped on it, or is it some Chinese symbol... The magnetic system is not shielded. It is a ring magnet with a diameter of 45 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The flanges on the top and bottom are made of relatively thick (by Chinese standards) steel. On the end there is a marking: KLS 42-51308G-XX4G 8 Ohm 10W 11L1. The mounting "ears" are equipped with rubber shock absorbers, which also prevent the spread of vibrations throughout the TV case.

Of course, proper disassembly of the loudspeaker head implies a rather tedious and long process... you need to buy a solvent, sometimes several types... You need to soak both elements of the product in stages: a cardboard frame with foam rubber... then peel off the suspension from the basket... the centering washer, solder out the supply wires... Then peel off the dust cap and the voice coil itself... basically, something like that.
This process is used when repairing speakers - carefully disassemble and then reassemble. But in this case, I have no need to reassemble it. And in general, no one would think of repairing products of this level. And although the appearance of carefully disassembled speakers is very attractive for an article, the smell of the solvent overpowers everything. The fact is that you will have to stink a lot and for a long time in the apartment, and I don’t think that this is good for the health of me and my cat. So we disassemble it roughly, but everything remains clear.
We cut off the supply wires with side cutters - they are made conscientiously: twisted from four cores (also twisted) - a thread in the center. We cut the suspension and the centering washer - we extract the moving system of the head.
Well, now everything is visible... The voice coil, the frame is impregnated paper, the inner diameter is 16 mm... Side view - a two-layer winding of the voice coil... And this is a steel basket. Flange, air gap... Yeah, the centering washer was glued with something very similar to epoxy resin... In any case, it is impossible to disassemble carefully!
We disassemble the magnetic system. The ring magnet is ordinary, unremarkable, glued to the basket with the same glue as the washer. The end flange and the core are made at the same time, and quite roughly. And glued in the same way... With this, our task is completed.
Summing up
Unfortunately, I had neither the opportunity nor the time to properly evaluate the sound quality of these speakers. Those who know, know that this is not as simple as it may seem at first glance... Even taking Thiel-Small parameters requires certain efforts and devices - a voltmeter, a powerful resistor and a precision resistor, other things... But in the end, we can get an absolutely false picture, since the speaker is at least 13 years old and it is unknown how it was used...
I have come across only a couple of articles on the Internet, where the authors measured these parameters on such speakers. Almost no one needs this, and it is understandable - they do not shine with anything interesting.
It must be said that this speaker was widely used in a variety of solutions - from TVs and monitors to computer speakers, home theaters... It is still actively produced and used. Moreover, the first letters can be anything... The speaker that we looked at today is an early version. Now they produce modifications under the name 42-51308G-XCHG and 42-51308G-XCIG, they are practically no different, only in the magnetic system and the end flange. Here they are round in shape, there they are rectangular or cut off on the sides...
