Много разговоров и пустопорожней болтовни в последнее время об отказе Казахстана вступать в БРИКС - и действительно, а почему бы и не вступить? Но не все так легко и просто, на самом деле...Почему-то многие считают, что членство в каких-то международных организациях или объединениях обязательно или крайне желательно. Будь то ООН или ЕС, МВФ или ШОС и так далее. Но спроси сейчас любого рядового гражданина России или Казахстана - а в каких международных организациях мы состоим? Раз-два-три... и все, дальше тотальное большинство ничего не скажет. А спросим - а что хорошего нам дает это членство в этих организациях? и подавно никто не сможет ответить... даже матерые политики...
Вот сегодня в Казани стартовал XVI саммит стран-участников БРИКС, участие 36 стран мира, 6 организаций... и Президент РК приглашен в качестве гостя и он выступит на этом саммите. Казахстан не является ни участником, ни претендентом на такое участие... более того, Казахстан официально заявил, что ни сейчас, ни в обозримом будущем не намерен вступать в эту организацию. Но почему?
БРИКС создан некоторыми странами в противовес американо-европейским международным политико-экономических организациями. Основные страны - это Китай, Россия, Индия, Иран, Египет, ОАЭ, Бразилия и так далее... По сути это мощное и быстро набирающее силу объединение. Исходя из численности населения Индии и Китая, можно сказать большая часть населения планеты - уже в БРИКС. И по части экономики... реального производства... и военный потенциал... и запасы углеводородов...
Так почему же Казахстан не спешит присоединиться, к казалось бы крайне выгодному альянсу? Подумаем вместе.
1. Много не есть лучше. Казахстан и без того состоит во многих международных организациях и этим уже связан со всеми странами БРИКС дружескими и партнерскими отношениями. Дублирование этих связей излишне. Во-первых, это создание в республике еще каких-то структур, которые будут выполнять всё те же задачи... это, как и само членство - "удовольствие" не из дешевых. И так многие организации - он них не холодно ни жарко в республике, но траты существенные.
2. Некоторые страны БРИКС слишком интенсивно пытаются противопоставить эту организацию другим международным организациям, в которых ключевую роль играет Америка или Европа. Доходит до того, что БРИКС выступает, чуть ли не конкурентом и/или антагонистом ООН, МВФ... И вступление в такую политически ангажированную организацию автоматически означает выбор стороны и активное участие в такой деятельности. Казахстан же традиционно провозглашает нейтралитет.
3. Официально, РК заявляет, что отдает первенство ООН - именно эта организация должна решать все мировые проблемы в эксклюзивном порядке. Ну а БРИКС как бы подрывает это монопольное право ООН... Дескать - это называется раскачивать лодку и в без того неспокойном море...
Посмотрим на эту ситуацию без официальных риторик, чисто по-простому. Вступление Казахстана в БРИКС ничего не дает позитивного нашей республике. А вот негативные моменты возможно. Хоть весь тот самый пресловутый мир Запада и развитых стран (США, Европа, Япония, Австралия, Канада) и делают вид, что БРИКС их не тревожит, на самом деле они крайне болезненно воспринимают вступление в него новых членов, укрепление и развитие этой организации они воспринимают как потенциальную растущую угрозу. И членство Казахстана в этой организации вызовет ряд вопросов из этих стран. И каждый такой вопрос - это неудобная поза, с требованием ответить "ты за белых али за красных"?
Нейтралитет несет свои очевидные преимущества, но и выбор стороны - тоже несет какие-то дивиденды. Правильнее - плюсы и минусы. Например, если выбрать США, Европу и якобы "мир свободы и демократии" - то дадут печеньку, но свои под боком не поймут и устроят "темную"... Если выбрать альтернативу в лице БРИКС - похвалят... а Запад в печеньки будет яд подсыпать.
Китай и Индия активные участники БРИКС - они преследуют свои цели. У них мощная экономика, реальное производство, сильные армии... это ядерные державы. Потенциал - буквально неисчерпаем! Но одновременно их Запад держит на уровне плинтуса... те же самые США, которые ничего кроме необеспеченного доллара ничего не производят, диктуют им "что кушать с утра, и как попу туалетной бумагой подтирать" (по крайней мере, пытаются это делать).
Россия крайне заинтересована в существовании и развитии БРИКС. Увы, неуклюжие действия президента Путина привели Россию в итоге к международной изоляции. Страна находится в клещах жестких санкций, буквально её душат, это самая настоящая блокада... БРИКС - это один из инструментов разрушения системы санкций и прорыв блокады. Чем активнее развивается БРИКС и чем больше в него вступает членов, тем многополярнее мир, который не подчиняется диктатуре США и её немногих сателлитов...
Однако, есть ложка дегтя... которая похабит всю бочку мёда. Например, страны БРИКС не очень-то поддерживают Россию в её действиях на Украине. А банк БРИКС и вовсе присоединился к антироссийским санкциям, хотя РФ честно исполняет взятые на себя обязательства. Т.е. российская сторона добросовестно вкладывается деньгами в развитие этого банка, а он её ещё и наказывает за её же счет... садо-мазо, так кажется это называется в мире извращенцев?
Несмотря на это, Россия остается одним из самых активных участников БРИКС и её энергетика во многом является залогом успеха. Но России по-сути деваться некуда... не сдаваться же перед НАТО в конце-концов... А вот Казахстану это зачем?
Нейтрально-дружественный статус выгоднее! Вспомним ту же самую Швецию, которая заложила основу своего благополучия (и типа "социализма по-шведски") еще во времена Второй Мировой войны - являясь активным посредником в торговле Западных стран (США в первую очередь) с нацистской Германией. И в этом статусе РК крайне выгоден для РФ...
Так что БРИКС пусть цветет и пахнет, а мы посидим на завалинке, покурим, посмотрим... за белых мы, али за красных...

For some reason, many people believe that membership in some international organizations or associations is mandatory or highly desirable. Be it the UN or the EU, the IMF or the SCO, and so on. But ask any ordinary citizen of Russia or Kazakhstan now - what international organizations are we a member of? One-two-three... and that's it, the vast majority will not say anything further. But let's ask - what good does this membership in these organizations give us? And even more so, no one will be able to answer... even seasoned politicians...
Today, the XVI summit of BRICS member countries started in Kazan, 36 countries of the world, 6 organizations are participating... and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been invited as a guest and he will speak at this summit. Kazakhstan is neither a participant nor a candidate for such participation... moreover, Kazakhstan has officially stated that it does not intend to join this organization now or in the foreseeable future. But why?
BRICS was created by some countries as a counterweight to the American-European international political and economic organizations. The main countries are China, Russia, India, Iran, Egypt, the UAE, Brazil, and so on... In essence, this is a powerful and rapidly gaining strength association. Based on the population of India and China, we can say that the majority of the world's population is already in BRICS. And in terms of the economy... real production... and military potential... and hydrocarbon reserves...
So why is Kazakhstan in no hurry to join what would seem to be an extremely advantageous alliance? Let's think together.
1. More is better than less. Kazakhstan is already a member of many international organizations and is already connected with all BRICS countries by friendly and partnership relations. Duplicating these ties is unnecessary. Firstly, this is the creation of some other structures in the republic that will perform all the same tasks... this, like membership itself, is not a cheap "pleasure". And so many organizations - it is neither cold nor hot in the republic, but the costs are significant.
2. Some BRICS countries are too intensively trying to oppose this organization to other international organizations in which America or Europe play a key role. It gets to the point that BRICS acts almost as a competitor and/or antagonist of the UN, IMF... And joining such a politically committed organization automatically means choosing a side and actively participating in such activities. Kazakhstan traditionally proclaims neutrality.
3. Officially, Kazakhstan declares that it gives primacy to the UN - it is this organization that should solve all global problems in an exclusive manner. Well, BRICS seems to undermine this monopoly right of the UN... They say - this is called rocking the boat in an already troubled sea...
Let's look at this situation without official rhetoric, in a purely simple way. Kazakhstan's entry into BRICS does not give anything positive to our republic. But negative aspects are possible. Although the whole notorious world of the West and developed countries (USA, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada) pretend that BRICS does not bother them, in fact they perceive the entry of new members into it extremely painfully, they perceive the strengthening and development of this organization as a potential growing threat. And Kazakhstan's membership in this organization will raise a number of questions from these countries. And each such question is an awkward pose, with a demand to answer "are you for the whites or the reds"?
Neutrality has its obvious advantages, but the choice of side also brings some dividends. More correctly - pros and cons. For example, if you choose the USA, Europe and the supposedly "world of freedom and democracy" - they will give you a cookie, but your own people will not understand and will arrange a "dark" one... If you choose the alternative in the form of BRICS - they will praise... and the West will add poison to the cookies.
China and India are active participants in BRICS - they are pursuing their own goals. They have a powerful economy, real production, strong armies... they are nuclear powers. The potential is literally inexhaustible! But at the same time, the West keeps them at baseboard level... the same USA, which produces nothing but the unsecured dollar, dictates to them "what to eat in the morning, and how to wipe your ass with toilet paper" (at least, they are trying to do so).
Russia is extremely interested in the existence and development of BRICS. Alas, the clumsy actions of President Putin have ultimately led Russia to international isolation. The country is in the clutches of tough sanctions, it is literally being strangled, it is a real blockade... BRICS is one of the tools for destroying the sanctions system and breaking the blockade. The more actively BRICS develops and the more members join it, the more multipolar the world is, which does not obey the dictatorship of the USA and its few satellites... However, there is a fly in the ointment... which will spoil the whole barrel of honey. For example, the BRICS countries do not really support Russia in its actions in Ukraine. And the BRICS bank has even joined the anti-Russian sanctions, although the Russian Federation honestly fulfills its obligations. That is, the Russian side conscientiously invests money in the development of this bank, and it also punishes it at its own expense... sadomaso, I think that's what it is called in the world of perverts? Despite this, Russia remains one of the most active participants in BRICS and its energy is largely the key to success. But Russia essentially has nowhere to go... it can't surrender to NATO after all... But why does Kazakhstan need it?
A neutral-friendly status is more advantageous! Let's remember the same Sweden, which laid the foundation for its prosperity (and a kind of "Swedish-style socialism") back in the days of World War II - being an active intermediary in trade between Western countries (the USA first of all) and Nazi Germany. And in this status, Kazakhstan is extremely advantageous for the Russian Federation...
So let BRICS bloom and smell, and we'll sit on the porch, smoke, and watch... are we for the whites, or for the reds...
